Especially on ships with periodic itineraries there are several repeating procedures to be carried out at certain scheduled times or locations (e.g. resetting course plotting, passing time zones, changing view sequences etc.). The scheduler module allows to define time or waypoint based tasks to be carried out automatically.

Time based tasks will be executed at predefined times repeating in daily, weekly or any other required period.

Waypoint based tasks will be executed as soon as the ship reaches (when arriving) or exceeds (when departing) a given distance to a predefined waypoint.
